The E.V. Williams Center for Real Estate and Economic Development and the Urban Land Institute Library

ULI Hampton Roads and the ODU Centerfor Real Estate and Economic Development has made a valuable resource available to ULI members and public officials.  The complete ULI library contains all the books and periodicals published by the Urban Land Institute and is available at the ODU Library.    This gives FREE access to the best in development practices, practical, how-to information, land use issues, and the insights of seasoned professionals—currently 62 books and a database of case studies--kept up to date as new books are published.

This library is a gift to Hampton Roads land use professionals, aligned with our mission to help create better communities.  Its use is limited to ULI members, Hampton Roads public officials and staff, and ODU Real Estate Center members.  To gain free access to the library, users need to complete and return the form below so that library privileges may be granted.  Users will be subject to library policies and procedures, fines and fees.
