Pertinent to our region, this study discusses eight suburban redevelopment projects, taking a look at how infrastructure was planned, funded and financed. The report identifies Winning Strategies as well as Stumbling Blocks. Project types include suburban mall retrofits, suburban TODs, transformed commercial corridors, and large-scale reshaping of suburban areas.

The report will be presented by Uwe S. Brandes, Senior Vice President for Initiatives at ULI, who also leads ULI’s Climate Change, Land Use, and Energy Initiative. He will be joined by a panel of regional experts to lead a discussion with all who attend.
